Lynell Johnson
I am Lynell Johnson, CEO of Human Resources Essentials, LLC. I have over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional and possess a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. During my career, I have held various positions in Human Resources to include: Recruitment, Employee Labor Relations, Benefits, and Compensation at well-known companies such as MedStar Health, American Red Cross, George Washington University, Kaiser Permanente, and Tata Global Beverages.
HRE provides customized virtual Human Resources and Operations Management services to small to mid-size companies based on each client’s unique needs. In accordance with our “One Size Does Not Fit All” motto, we support our client’s HR function with a combination of on-site and remote work. There are certain activities that require in person support while others are handle effectively remotely.
